Back to top Frankie Manning Lindy Hop Legacy Fund Launches Scholarship The Frankie Manning Lindy Hop Legacy Fund, which came into being during the planning stages of the Frankie Manning's 95th Birthday Festival, is offering its first Scholarship to Herrang Dance Camp in Sweden this Summer.
The scholarships are intended to empower exceptional students of Lindy Hop who come from communities that have little or no exposure to Lindy Hop so that they may take what they learn back to their community of origin to help the spread of Lindy Hop.
The successful candidate will demonstrate great desire, natural ability and leadership qualities but may not have access to learning resources or the financial means to pursue and develop their dancing to its full potential.
